Unveiling "Concurrencies" – A story of our oceans
Following along the waterways and branches of my previous work, I am prepared to share with you some news about “Concurrencies”, my latest exhibition set to be a part of the Indian Ocean Craft Triennial, opening from 6 PM on August 8, 2024 in Perth, Australia.
TRIBUTARIES flowing through WA: Carnarvon
Last week, “Tributaries” received a warm reception in Carnarvon as we celebrated the first stop in the exhibition’s journey through Western Australia. I was very pleased to see many members of the community come and engage with presence.
ARBOREA Sends Ripples Through South West
'Arborea' had a successful first run at The Painted Tree Gallery and a creative workshop hosted by Southern Forest Arts. Next, the Exhibition will be featured at Gallery 152 in York from 30 September to 29 October 2023, for the 2023 York Festival.
ARBOREA – Trees You’ve Never Seen
I can finally announce my new solo exhibition Arborea, to be held at the Painted Tree Gallery in Northcliffe, Southern Forest Arts, between 20 May and 25 June 2023. The exhibition will also show at Pantechnica Gallery during the 2023 York Festival 21 September - 1 October 2023.

This March I have the honour to present new work from my Minderoo Mid - Career Artist Residency in “WATER - loop”, for WARP Contemporary Art Belgium.
Tributaries: Artist Talk and Workshop in Rockingham
I am really pleased that Tributaries, before heading to the regions with Art On The Move, will be showing in Rockingham. Rockingham Arts Centre has recently been renovated under the directorship of Jude Vander Merwe and is still close enough for Perth and Fremantle audiences, as well as people living in the Peel region.

Three years in the making, and now it is here: Tributaries, an exhibition of works that connect with Western Australia. Before and during the pandemic I have explored the landscapes within and out there, the unique flora and fauna in Western Australia.
Disturbingly beautiful?
In 'Tributaries', a solo exhibition at MAC, what you'd see may be as beautiful as it may be disturbing. Through wearable jewellery, objects and photographs I am depecting the fragility of the nature around us in Western Australia. Without prejudice - for I too am a 'settler'.
Full-Circle with Stitch 'n Bitch at Ellis House
In FULL CIRCLE I reconnect with the early, playful beginnings of working in textiles and copper wire, in using recycled materials connecting to the home, women’s things such as ovens to bake in and jewellery to adorn ourselves, honoring the friendships and creative camaraderie that have grown over the years with the women in this collective.
A gem older than the Indian Ocean
